I'm an end-user champion who loves solving a challenging problem. Constantly learning by observing people and asking intuitive questions to better understand their perspective. A collaborative spirit, bringing the right team members together. Creatively solving the problem by facilitating workshops using Design Thinking principles, developing process flows, creating wireframes & prototypes and validating with the individuals who will adopt the solution.
